Mum Hub x Elate is where sunshine, strong coffee, and sticky fingers come together in harmony. Born from the bleary-eyed brilliance of two new mums, Cass and Beth, our space was inspired by the realisation that pram-friendly cafés and meaningful mum support were surprisingly rare on the Sunshine Coast. So, we built our own.

 

Think café meets community hub, with babycinos and bliss balls in hand. We serve high-quality, locally roasted coffee, fresh pastries, toddler-approved snacks, and “I get it” chats across communal tables. But we are more than just food and fun. We are here for the mental load and the long days too.

 

Our dedicated Mum Hub upstairs hosts everything from structured mums groups and sensory play, to nursery rhyme singalongs and “yes-you-can-bring-the-baby” yoga. The downstairs area offers safe play spaces for pre-walkers, toddler-proof nooks, and well-maintained amenities that don’t leave you balancing a baby on your knee while fumbling with a change table.

 

We partner with paediatric professionals, sleep whisperers, physios, and more to bring targeted support and education straight to your caffeine-fuelled fingertips. And we do it all with the belief that connection isn’t just nice to have…it’s absolutely necessary.
